Q. How
is it shipped and when will it arrive?
Orders are sent by
US/Global Priority.
Ink is sent separately by US Priority, combined for Global Priority.
US Priority: 2-3 days. Global Priority: 4-7 days.
Q. How can I ship
to a different address?
Please put the new ship to address in the
comments box and email
me at rick@freephotopaper.com with your order name and
new shipping address. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Q. Have you shipped my
paper yet?
If you didn't receive a shipping notice then probably not. Your
shipping
notice is sent to the email address you ordered
with.
Q. When will my
order ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 24hrs of payment. Orders received
after
3:00 PM PST on Friday and over the weekend are shipped on
Monday.
Q. What is USPS
Delivery Confirmation?
The Delivery Confirmation service gives you the date, ZIP Code and the
time your order was delivered or attempted to be delivered. You can
easily access this information with the USPS Track & Confirm tool.

How do I use the Delivery
Confirmation Feature?
Just enter your Delivery Confirmation number at
http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm.
Q. When & how
will I receive a
Delivery Confirmation

Within 24-48 hours after you receive the payment confirmation your
order
is shipped. That same day you'll receive a shipping notice with
your delivery confirmation number. If you don't receive a payment
confirmation contact us ASAP.
Q. Are there other
carriers or faster ways?
Ground Services from UPS and FedEx are available with 2 day, 3 day and
3-5 day delivery times. Overnight Service from USPS Express, UPS Next
Day and Fed Ex Overnight. If you prefer one of these, contact us ASAP
to make arrangements.

overnight shipping costs are based on weight and distance.

Q. I have received a
shipping notice but not my order?
First, check your delivery confirmation number at the USPS web page
http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm
Second, follow up with the USPS by contacting your local PO carrier.
Contact them and NOT us because the Post Office is responsible for
delivery after your order leaves our warehouse. We have no additional
info!
Third, after contacting the USPS, if you still need help with your
order, contact us and we will do everything we can to get your order
delivered.

I take advantage of combined shipping?
Items need to be purchased together or on the same day

I live in the area, can I pickup my
order?
No. Your order is packaged and shipped to from our Phoenix warehouse.
