return procedures?
If you need to
return any product(s) purchased from
FreePhotoPaper.com you must FIRST obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization ("RMA") number by contacting
customer service.

sent to me in error?

Q. How can I cancel my
order?
If you want to cancel your order please
contact us. Unfortunately we cannot
cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your
order after you receive it.
Q. How will I receive my
refund?
Unless
specifically requested and authorized by us, refunds will be issued in
the same manner as payment was received.
Q. What happens for
undelivered products?
We
understand that you want to get your order quickly. Sometimes there is
a delay caused by the carrier used to deliver products. For this
reason we have a 15-business-day waiting period before another product
will be resent.
Q. What are the
terms of your guarantee?
In addition to our 90 day RISK FREE
Guarantee,
FreePhotoPaper.com also warrants to the original customer purchasing
such products directly from
FreePhotoPaper.com that all such products sold will be free from
defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit and function.
We limit any claim under this warranty to the customer who purchased
such product and only while such customer owns such product. The
Guarantee covers only defects arising under normal use and does not
include malfunctions or failures resulting from improper storage,
misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with climate, such as
temperature and humidity, usage not in accordance with product
instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made
by anyone other than
FreePhotoPaper.com.
Any claim with respect to such products where the purchaser seeks a
refund of the purchase price must be made 90 days from the original
date of shipment by
FreePhotoPaper.com. The purchaser can make claims to receive
replacement product for a period of five-years from the original date
of purchase by customer.
ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET
FORTH HEREIN (CUSTOMER DISPUTES) SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE
STATE OF ARIZONA.
